We appreciate your support more than we can express!!

Many of your questions can be answered by visiting the ticketing page, but here’s a few popular ones answered below!
Do I have to come for the whole weekend?
Nope, although we suggest you do! You can come for Friday ONLY, Saturday ONLY, or the entire weekend.
What time does the event open?
Friday-you may arrive at 12PM to set up your campsite, programming starts at 3PM
Saturday- Gates open at 9am, programming starts at 9:15am and ends at approximately 10pm
Sunday- Programming starts at 9am and ends at 3pm
What should I bring? Do I need a yoga mat?
For the conference itself, you will want to bring:
-a yoga mat
-water bottle
-mug for hot drinks
-a journal
-sensible shoes, dress in layers
-raingear if the weather reports a need
-cash for vendor marketplace
-a plate/flatware for lunch (save the planet! reduce the need for plastics!)
-a blanket or camp chair for seating (some chairs provided but not enough for everyone)
What meals are included?
If you purchased a weekend pass, dinner Friday, lunch Saturday and a snack reception Saturday are covered. All other meals will be on your own (lunch Friday, brekkie Saturday, dinner Saturday, brekkie and lunch Saturday). Please bring your coolers and camp cooking gear!
Are all the speakers and workshops included in admission?
All of our scheduled speakers, ceremonies, classes and workshops are included in your admission (aside from the Yoni Steam, which is a 30$ add-on contact Tracey at traceyebaumwicks@verizon.net if you wish to register). Energy workers, intuitive readers and other service providers will be offering goods and services at their booths, which may or may not incur extra fees.
What type of bathroom facilities are on site?
Bathrooms are RUSTIC- they are porto-potties with handwashing stations. They are aplenty, and cleaned regularly! There is a LIMITED ACCESS sink with hot, running water if you need it, just find one of your hostesses and we can direct you to it
Can we swim in the pond?
No. The pond is not for swimming, there’s lots of critters and weeds in there. We have a SMALL pool to take a ‘lil dip in if the summer sun shines upon us
Is there drinking water on site?
YES-There is plenty of clean drinking water on site in two the large “water buffalos”. Please bring your water bottles, and be cautious not to touch your bottle mouth to the spigot of the buffalo, in order to reduce any transmission of germs!
Is ice for coolers available on site?
No. Ice is NOT available on site
Can we build a fire at our campsite?
You may build a fire on your campsite but you MUST HAVE A METAL FIRE PIT or RING OF STONES at the site to build the fire in!! Wood is available for purchase on site.
Is there Accessible and RV camping?
YES! Please email theintentionalfeminine@gmail.com to reserve your space!
What are the campsites like?
Campsites are available in the woods and in the fields. They are on a first come, first serve basis. Bring all your essential camping gear with you, you may drop off your gear NEAR the main lodge, but will need to walk it into your site. Wagons and wheelbarrows are available to help you transport your gear. (Pro-tip…. if you’ve never set up your tent or tarps before, it’s a good idea to give it a dry run at home before the conference!) If you need an idea of what to bring, in terms of camping gear, here’s a nice checklist!
Camping gear (Tents & Shelters, Sleeping Bags & Beds
Cooler and/or water jugs to refill Lantern / flashlight / headlamp (AND extra batteries!)
Reusable water bottle (or two!)
Camping chairs
Food for meals and snacks
Rain gear (failure to bring it increases the chance of rain)
Layers for cooler weather
Something sparkly or sexy for Friday night’s Soiree
Extra shoes/sneakers(can be wet from dew in the AMs)
Mud boots (in case it rains)
Bug spray (we recommend without DEET – be green!)
Sunscreen (lots of it)
A hat for shade
A book to read
Sunglasses
Trash Bags for your site trash
Toilet paper (we provide plenty, but some backup is always a good idea)
Small stove or grill
Earplugs (for sleeping)
Portable speakers or radio
A shade structure or tarp if camping in the field
Toiletries that make no-water bathing comfortable (wipes, hydrosols etc)
A camp shower (if you NEED a shower)
