Dr. Rebecca Alexander Carey (physical therapist and yoga teacher) will guide this workshop with the goal of developing improved awareness of these muscles and movements that support them.

You will then learn to tap into your higher potential through self soothing and releasing these heavy energies, and infusing your spirit with a new lightness, playfulness, and power! We will use Emotional Freedom Technique (aka “tapping”), combined with music, mantra, and movement practices to regulate our nervous systems, and invite more peace into our lives. This will be fun, and there will be hula hoops! You will leave smiling and with a few new tools in your basket for daily decompression.
